Some inks~

Some Minor Acts of Heroism inks at Adriana's request:

Some stuff

Design for a character that's gonna be in Minor Acts of Heroism. Dunno if this is his final outfit or what but it's a start:

And I finished Robin, so now Robin and Superboy combined:

Page Preview~

We're kicking out pages pretty fast, so should totally get the first chapter of Minor Acts of Heroism done in time for Jet City Con. Whoot! Here's a page I particularly liked. Adriana made magicy water look amazing. Tiny spoiler but not really~

Fire guy!

Fire guy~

New comic!!

So Adriana and me are making another comic! Got three pages up so far. Check um out pulease:

Here's an ink for one page since I always like the pages better before I color them~

The boys~

Trying to draw some manly-ish men of varying sizes. Also trying to use heavy black and textures. I'm not sure how I feel about it but I really need to experiment more so it's a start =3=!

Girly sketch~

New girl hero type sketch~

Flying sketches~

We finally moved! Brand new condo and I'm loving it! Still don't have everything hooked up, scanner included, so here's more digital sketches:

Some girl flying practice:

And one of them finished for fun. This is Space Girl from a thing me and vv are doing.

Everywhere Running Sketches~

Some sketch practice of dude bodies running, then a big Everywhere- also running.

I need to get better at drawing dude bodies with muscles!

Robo-girl for 3D book~

Worked some more on that robo-girl from the last post. Think I finished it (assuming I set the thing up in a way that'll work in 3D)!!

I would love to do one more picture for the thing so I'll try to see if I can bust one out right now.

Freedom~

Now that we got the first Issue of S.T.O.P. done, I got some time to actually draw stuff I wanna/need to draw!

Here's some stuff I whipped up last night:

Skittlez from Blix-it's comic: Check out the comic~

And then this is the first draft of something I'm trying to get done for a cool 3-D project over on DA at INKGROUP. Gonna spend the afternoon trying to make it cooler!

S.T.O.P. Issue 01 complete!

Whooop! Me and vv finally finished the first issue of S.T.O.P.! We were getting all the pages in order till, like, 4am Friday night, and finally we're done!

Check out the cover process! vv penciled, I clothed and inked (added Cauf into the bg in the computer), and then I colored:

Also! We're now taking Pre-orders for Issue 01, so please check it out and buy an issue if you're so inclined:
CLICK TO PRE-ORDER S.T.O.P. NOW

Me, vv, and hubby lazesummerstone will be at Emerald City Comic Con coming up, table C-03. You can get the issue there or just come say hi~

Another inked page~

Another S.T.O.P. page ink. I just liked the way this one turned out inked (vv did an awesome job with the bg's and action here):

Aaand back to inking! Only 6 more pages for this issue! We're moving at a good pace!

Update~

I really need to use this thing more. Been working on me and vv's comic thing S.T.O.P. non-stop. Whaaaat what! Pun!

Here's some inks:

8 more pages to ink until we gotta get stuff printed. Work work work~

tiny concept dump

Trying to work out some alien royalty concepts for Stop stuff (also known as playing and ignoring the other million things I'm supposed to be working on).

Super tiny because I drew them super tiny and if I try to make them big on the computer they look especially crappy. I wanna do, like, a trillion more of these because I hate most of these so I figure if I make a million I can choose 5 I like and will use~

mini sketch dump

Worked all weekend- which is boo- but got a lot of stuff done which is great 'cause now it's out of the way.

Saw Max Payne...SO BAD. Like...HOLY SHIT. Ok, I have SUPER low standards for action movies. Shoot some guns, punch some people in the face, and I am thrilled. Somehow...SOMEHOW Max Payne took guns + drugs + slow motion + conspiracy = SO MUCH SHIT. Man, how do you get shooting things SO wrong uhg uhg.

Started watching Torchwood. It's fucking brilliant and surprisingly violent.

And now some sketches:

Kitri from comic thing me and vv are doing on the left- trying to decide what markings she has (trying to go for poisonous frog looking), next Yaya and Kane in Halloween gear (vv's doing 24 hour comic thing today so I stole the cute costumes she drew in her comic), and lastly Cauf again. I need to draw more!!!

yaya gun ink

Did a little inking. This took way too long for something so little. I blame Heroes. I don't think I'm done with this 'cause it's boring but I'll fuck with it more later~

First post!

Gonna try to use this thing and LJ consecutively to post some art regularly. Feels like I might make myself draw more or something if I know I have two places sitting sadly waiting for art~

First post here isn't that new, but since I made the blog with him on it, I'll post the process image of Cauf- a dude from a comic me and veryvery are working on- that I used as this blogs header, and also a study in clothing I did for him.

Also here's a link to a little flash dress up doll I made of him too 'cause I couldn't stop making tiny clothing for him, and even though my job is making tiny clothing, I can't seem to stop, even while at home: Cauf Dress Up Doll
